Location: Remote

What’s a typical day as a Credit Card Administrator? You’ll be:

• Managing the implementation and day-to-day operations of the corporate credit card program

• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company guidelines

• Acting as the primary contact for card setup, limits, fraud charge inquiries, and lost cards

• Analyzing card spend and identifying trends of improper spending

• Providing support to cardholders and resolving issues related to the cards

• Assisting teammates in using expense report software and contributing to key policies and training documents

• Coordinating with the Accounts Payable team on monthly card payments and performing accounting reconciliation

• Making recommendations to management regarding opportunities for improvement

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have an Associate’s Degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience

• Have three or more years of related experience

• Possess a strong understanding of corporate credit card and purchasing program processes, best practices, and procedures

• Have superior interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Are action-oriented, able to multi-task effectively, and work with a sense of urgency

• Can work in a multicultural environment and support teammates across the organization

• Demonstrate attention to detail, analytical accounting acumen, and critical thinking skills

• Have fundamental knowledge of ERP solutions and expense management solutions

• Are proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Have proficiency in Concur or similar software
