Position Details:


  • Develop & maintain effective working relationships with customers, contractors, and co-workers.
  • Maintain effective communication throughout the entire course of construction.
  • Manage the development of team project tasks, focus on attaining goals, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making constructive suggestions.
  • Determine construction needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all customer needs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate labor forecasts to meet each project’s needs while staying within budget.
  • Develops & keeps all project schedules.
  • Ensure scope change & change orders are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work in a timely manner.
  • Monthly billings with end of month forecasting.
  • Provide accurate monthly WIP reports.
  • Approve purchase orders along with vendor/sub-contractor invoices.
  • Help sales with managing an accurate backlog.
