Location:
Raleigh, NC for the first project. After this project, work is in SC, NC, and Virginia.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a background in multi-family construction to oversee and manage our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-family construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codes.
Maintain a safe and clean job site, enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
Oversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and schedules.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on multi-family residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
OSHA certification is a plus.
