Director of Strategic Parent Engagement (Alpha) – $200,000/year USD Join Crossover as the Director of Strategic Parent Engagement for Alpha, a cutting‑edge education model that leverages AI for accelerated learning. This full‑time, on‑site role requires deep immersion in the parent journey and local community. Overview Alpha transforms education by completing core academics in only two hours per day, allowing afternoons for real‑world competencies. As the face of a campus, you will lead efforts to expand enrollment, build trust, and cultivate advocacy among families. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete parent relationship—from initial inquiry to sustained engagement—at a single campus. Deliver persuasive information sessions and one‑on‑one conversations that convert curious families into dedicated supporters. Act as the principal parent liaison, addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring families feel valued beyond enrollment. Establish campus visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and targeted outreach initiatives. Mobilize parent champions to expand referrals and strengthen community influence. What You Won’t Be Doing Following scripted sales approaches or transactional communication strategies. Transferring relationship‑building responsibilities to campus staff or assuming a passive role. Allowing parent coalitions to compromise Alpha’s educational approach. Working remotely—this role requires deep community immersion. Required Qualifications Reside within commuting distance of one of: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Miami, FL; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; Chantilly, VA; Dorado, PR. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5+ years of experience interacting with families in education, outreach, or enrollment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making. Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model. Campuses Currently Hiring San Francisco, CA Santa Barbara, CA Miami, FL Charlotte, NC New York City, NY Austin, TX Chantilly, VA Dorado, PR Benefits and Compensation Full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position with a base pay of $100 per hour ($200,000 annually).
