Job Title: Global Pharma Research Analyst
Location: Cambridge, MA/ Hybrid
Type: Contract
Responsibilities Work effectively with the diverse community of researchers and management to capture business need, workflow, and value
Participate in global outreach, collaboration initiatives, and projects supporting a diverse and dynamic research community at company
Participate in documenting business process workflow, create diagrams to support and communicate
Support global stakeholder management processes including communication
Engage with the business owners, users and service providers of existing solutions to aid in assessment and planning for lifecycle, improvement, expansion, or transition processes
Provide input and data in support of planning, prioritization and budget process for IT projects
Support communication of strategies, ideas, and goals to senior management
Participate in the coordination and creation of product/service documentation and training
Participation in the creation of foundational service design documentation
Special projects as required
Requirements 2-3 years of Business Analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience working in the scientific environment, especially one that is related to drug development is preferred
Practical experience understanding, collecting, and documenting requirements and use cases.
Proven success enabling customer success through thoughtful analysis and communication
Strong organization and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor and consultant
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
Perform well in a fast-changing environment
