Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives. Drive local marketing efforts to attract and retain Guests. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a safe and secure restaurant environment for both Team Members and Guests. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and financial performance. Maintain records of Team Members schedules, payroll, and other administrative tasks. What You’ll Need: Proven experience as a General Manager in the full service restaurant industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and hygiene. Financial acumen and budget management skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies. Compliance with all legal and company policies.
