We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower and support neurodivergent/IDD individuals in various workforce development skills related to hospitality. Cafe Manager Salary + Benefits:

Cafe Manager Requirements + Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience
• Comfortable working in a diverse workforce
• Prior experience working with coffee and coffee beverages
• Proficient in managing schedules and inventory
• Strong training background
