Service & Parts Supervisor-

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts staff, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, timely repairs, and exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor service department performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
  4. Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  5. Collaborate with the parts department to ensure efficient parts inventory management and timely delivery for repairs.
  6. Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
  7. Stay up to date with manufacturers service guidelines, technical advancements, and industry best practices.
Skills and abilities:
  1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Service or Parts Supervisor/Manager or in a similar role within the appliance or automotive industry.
  2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  3. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of service operations, including repair processes, warranty programs, and maintenance schedules.
  5. Ability to analyze data, interpret service reports, and make informed decisions to drive department performance.
