Visitors will delight in one-of-a-kind experiences including exceptional hiking, biking and nature trails at neighboring Withlacoochee State Forest, spring- fed rivers and bountiful lakes at Crystal River, and world-class fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.Position OverviewAs a Housekeeping Attendant at Cabot Citrus Farms, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests comfort and satisfaction during their stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall guest experience, and upholding Cabot's high standards of cleanliness and service.Key ResponsibilitiesDeep cleaning vacant rooms to the Legacy quality standards, including kitchen, bathrooms, furnitureDeep cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming themChange bedding and make beds to the Legacy quality standardsReplenish supplies such as cooking and eating supplies, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom itemsClean and polish furniture and fixturesClean unit windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegeesDust unit appliances, fans, furniture, walls, machines, and equipmentMove and arrange furniture to make sure all trash has been removedWork with the Supervisory team to ensure the unit is being completed to the Legacy quality standardsSubmit work order requests to maintenance as necessary and follow up to ensure completion of requestEnsure that all special projects and general cleaning status is reported to Dispatch with all pertinent information necessary to maintain accurate recordsInterface with Dispatch regarding clean status of all guest unitsClean interior stairways, entry ways, and doorsObserve safety concerns and report damageFollow direction of Inspector and Supervisory teamProvide standard unit cleaning as a GRA when necessaryAssist in the Laundry when necessaryComplete various additional special project task and assignments as neededQualifications1-2 years previous housekeeping experience in a fast paced resort operationExceptional communications skills and command of English languagePrevious residential or condominium cleaning preferredPrevious Housekeeping experience preferredPhysical RequirementsMust be able to sit, stand, and walk on a consistent basis in an office environmentMust be able to stoop, climb, squat, twist and lift light loads on a limited basisExposed to extreme climates such as heat, rain, wind, and lighting on a limited basisOur greatest asset, and the key to our success, is our team.
