What You’ll Do You’ll join CoreWeave’s growing Legal team — a proactive, deeply engaged group that values collaboration, practical problem‑solving, and innovation. The Legal team partners across departments including Corporate Development, Securities, New Market Entry, Treasury, Tax, Finance, Accounting, People, and Government Affairs to enable the company’s continued global expansion and compliance as a newly public company (Nasdaq: CRWV). About The Role As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will lead on a wide range of corporate matters including public company governance, domestic and foreign entity management, and securities. You’ll advise on complex corporate transactions, manage governance frameworks, and support equity and employment‑related legal matters across jurisdictions. This is a strategic, hands‑on role in a high‑growth technology environment — an opportunity to shape scalable processes and partner with executives and business leaders to enable CoreWeave’s continued success. Who You Are J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York, New Jersey, or Washington D.C. preferred) Minimum 6 years of relevant corporate experience, with a strong focus on public company governance, domestic and foreign entity management, corporate transactions, and securities Prior in‑house experience at a high‑growth tech startup or publicly traded company, with foundational training at a top law firm Proven ability to independently manage multiple, complex legal projects and partner effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders Expertise in corporate structuring, and entity management, including international governance and intercompany agreements Experience supporting public company board governance, public company disclosure, and corporate compliance programs Skilled at balancing legal risk with business priorities and managing outside counsel efficiently Preferred Experience supporting M&A, joint ventures, and financing transactions Familiarity with public company reporting and securities Experience with global equity plan administration and foreign employment matters Wondering if you’re a good fit? Come join us Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
