Overview:
Insight Global’s client is seeking a dedicated Workday Integration Partner to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing client-facing integration projects, connecting a proprietary benefits platform with global customers’ Workday systems for benefits administration. The Integration Partner will oversee integration cycles from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage six to eight-week integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the integration process.
- Perform technical configurations to ensure effective integrations.
- Present and demonstrate integration solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of experience performing integrations with Workday.
- Client-facing, consulting experience.
- Functional knowledge of benefits administration.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in the employee benefits side of HRIS systems.
- Integration experience with ServiceNow, ADP, or UKG.
- Strong presentation or demo experience.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Oversee client-facing integration projects.
- Link a proprietary benefits platform with global customers’ Workday systems.
- Manage integration cycles, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and customers.
- Utilize strong presentation skills and technical expertise to facilitate integrations.
