This is your opportunity to be surrounded by fellow copywriters, continue to develop your voice as a professional writer, and gain hands-on experience in strategic marketing communications.Key responsibilitiesWrite clear, engaging copy using our brand voice and style guidelines while demonstrating strong attention to detail for proofreading and editing.Effectively use approved AI tools to generate creative concepts and streamline content development and other processes.Serve as a communications consultant to stakeholders, advising on appropriate tactics and timing while helping translate complex topics into clear, agent-focused messaging.Take ownership of your assigned projects from start to finish, which may include scoping your own deliverables, coordinating with team members, and publishing content in our CMS.Location policyThis is a remote position. Candidates residing within 50 miles of the Hub will be required to report in a office twice a week. Please note this policy is subject to change.QualificationsBachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in a marketing related discipline, either in a corporate or agency environmentInsurance industry experience preferredKnowledge of marketing principles, practices, and analysisSolid knowledge of relevant technologiesStrong analytical, oral and written communication and organization skills requiredHighly collaborativeAbility to work in a fast paced environment and work on multiple prioritiesProactively seeks to learn new tactics and job skills related to current roleActively seeks to expand insurance and marketing knowledge and skills, as well as department responsibilities and the connection to the broader organizationIdentify opportunities to participate in education, development, growth, & exposure to build marketing knowledgeAbout UsPay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
