Candidate Must Have's:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite
  • Familiar with Celigo integrations
  • Previous experience with Advanced Manufacturing, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various departments.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts. Manage user roles and permissions to ensure that employees have the appropriate access levels.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing training for existing users to help them effectively use the system, particularly in modules relevant to manufacturing like inventory management and production scheduling.
  • Regularly check the health of the NetSuite system, monitoring for any errors, performance issues, or downtime.
  • Provide support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to NetSuite functionality, data access, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage workflows, scripts, and automated processes to streamline manufacturing operations, such as automating order processing or inventory replenishment.
  • Support production planning by configuring and managing the NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing module, ensuring that production schedules, resource allocation, and capacity planning are accurately reflected.
  • Work closely with other departments such as finance, operations, and IT to understand their needs and provide NetSuite solutions that align with the manufacturing firm’s goals.
  • Lead or participate in projects to implement new NetSuite modules or third-party integrations that enhance manufacturing operations.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve manufacturing processes through better use of NetSuite features, identifying areas where automation or better workflows could increase efficiency.
