Come make an impact on the communities we serve as you help us advance health equity on a global scale. p>As a Front Pharmacy Technician, you’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to / from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. Along the way, you’ll discover the training, support and career opportunities you’d expect from a Fortune 5 leader.Position Schedule: Monday through Friday with 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 6am-6pm with the potential of working weekends. Potential overtime may be needed during peak season Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues

Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain prior to date of hire 6+ months of pharmacy / prescription data entry experience Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office with the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Ability to work in office at 1830 S Horne Mesa, AZ 85204 Ability to work Monday through Friday with 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 6am-6pm with the potential of working weekends At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
