Required Experience:
Technical Knowledge Required:
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma /Equivalent Technical Certifications and/or Experience.
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience providing desktop support in an Active Directory environment.
- Experience imaging desktops.
- Experience providing remote support.
- Experience in help desk (plus).
- Must be motivated, able to multi task and ensure deadlines are met with minimal supervision.

Technical tools:
- Bigfix (Preferred)

Job Description: Our client, a global bank, has an immediate opening for an ATM Support Engineer to work a hybrid rotating shift schedule from their Dorchester, MA facility. ATM Support Engineer will work on our client's US ATM LAB providing remote support to the ATM technicians on-site for the installation of new ATMs . The engineer will be one of three responsible for the day to day support of the replacement of 200 ATMs. This position requires a hands on technician who can deliver solutions in a complex network environment.
