Our sales leaders are agile, forward-thinking, collaborative, and driven. As a Regional Director, you will build, inspire, and guide a team of Partner Account Managers in a defined geographic area. You are instrumental in championing the team’s monthly quota attainment and revenue growth.Our Partnership Program is a key initiative for the company. The Partner Account Manager’s primary duty is to engage, build, and develop new partnerships and business opportunities for Human Interest. You'll coach and mentor our Partner Account Managers to accelerate our partner relationships to help us exponentially reach more small and medium businesses across the United States, which is essential to our growth.What you get to do every dayLead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Account Managers who build and scale strategic referral relationships across diverse channels including technology partners, HCM providers, payroll providers, benefits brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB marketDrive strategic planning and execution of partner acquisition strategies, empowering your team to identify, develop and activate new partnership opportunities that accelerate revenue growth in your assigned region.Establish and optimize partner success frameworks including joint business planning, performance metrics, and ROI tracking to ensure sustainable growth and mutual value creation across the partner ecosystem.Collaborate closely with Regional Directors of Account Executives to align partnership initiatives with revenue objectives, ensuring seamless integration between Partner Account Managers and Account Executive teams.Foster an innovative, results-driven team culture that focuses on high performance while having fun doing it.Lead by example through active field engagement, including regular partner visits, team ride-alongs, industry events, and partnership strategy sessions (30-40% travel required)What you bring to the role3-5 years of experience in leading business development and sales professionals across multiple functions in the retirement services/HCM/payroll industrySuccessful – Proven track record of meeting and exceeding your sales quotaExperience building relationships with CPA's, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokersTech Savvy - you have experience using Salesforce CRM to manage sales process and forecastingExceptional communication skills - both written and verbalWilling to flex with constant change and day-to-day competing prioritiesClose proximity to an airport is ideal as this role will require you to be in the field 3 days/week for 2-3 weeks/monthMust be located in either Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, or North CarolinaWhy you will love working at Human InterestHuman Interest is tackling one of our country's biggest challenges - closing the retirement gap. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $95,000- $100,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. This position will also offer a variable target of $100,000.
