We have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Manager - Installation and Maintenance (I&M) to support the East Coast of Florida from Daytona to Miami; centrally located candidate highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesManages a team of I&M Supervisors and the relationship with I&M vendors responsible for the daily I&M schedule, quality, and productivity for all I&M activity within the state of Florida.Ensures training is conducted for I&M Technicians for all maintenance and installation activities, ensuring proper work methods, quality and safety standards and equipment usage.Monitors work production and quality, ensuring that all installs and repairs meet required specifications and that all safety and Company procedures are followed.Reviews FCC technical requirements and maintains records accordingly.
