Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven eCommerce Operations Manager who will take ownership of our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution across all facets of our business. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills to manage daily workflows, support photoshoots, optimize our Shopify platform, and solve operational challenges. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to spearhead solutions in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the business, from order fulfillment to customer service, run efficiently and effectively.
  • Shopify Management: Maintain and optimize our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless product listings, inventory updates, and checkout processes.
  • Photoshoot Assistance: Coordinate and assist with photoshoots, ensuring that all processes align with brand objectives and timelines.
  • Product & Inventory Management: Lead the upload and maintenance of product details, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal across our eCommerce platform. Collaborate on creating line sheets and managing inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service Oversight: Ensure the customer service team provides exceptional support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Data Management: Utilize Excel and other spreadsheets to track and analyze key operational metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Problem-Solving & Multitasking: Tackle operational challenges with creative solutions while managing multiple priorities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2+ years of eCommerce operations or related experience.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Strong proficiency with Shopify and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs, including weekend availability.


Skills:

  • Leadership: Ability to take charge of operational workflows, delegate tasks, and lead by example.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify. Excel proficiency is also important.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive thinker who can identify and resolve operational issues swiftly.
  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail.
