We believe in thorough preparation. Most candidates will spend their first year or more as a General Manager in Training, working closely under our current GMs across all departments. This rigorous training process is designed to immerse you in our culture, operations, and standards. Only when you are Sewell-Certified will you take the reins as a General Manager, fully equipped to lead and succeed.


This role is not about filling a vacancy; its about joining us during an exciting phase of growth. You will be part of our expansion as we acquire new dealerships and launch new franchises. This is your chance to contribute to our history and help shape our future.

Responsibilities
  • You will embark on an intensive training program, working in all departments under our current General Managers.


  • You will absorb the knowledge, skills, and culture necessary to become Sewell-Certified as a General Manager.


  • You will eventually lead one of our dealerships, driving performance, growth, and excellence across all areas of the business.


  • You will play a critical role in our upcoming acquisitions and new franchises, leading these new ventures to success.


  • You will embody and enforce our companys high standards, ensuring every aspect of the dealership reflects our legendary reputation.
