This is an exciting opportunity to manage a fast-paced scheme with a strong focus on quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of site operations on a refurbishment schemeCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labourEnsuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standardManaging health & safety on site, including RAMS and site inductionsLiaising with the client, leisure facility management, and design teamManaging site logistics within a live environment with minimal disruptionMonitoring progress against programme and reporting to the Project ManagerConducting quality inspections and managing snagging and handoverRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projectsExperience working within live or occupied environments (leisure, retail, education, healthcare, etc.)Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site management proceduresSMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification (essential)Excellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and tight programmes #J-18808-Ljbffr
