Ce poste est fait pour vous Responsibilities Notre client recherche un Site Manager pour coordonner des chantiers de maintenance piping dans un environnement industriel exigeant. Sur place, vous gérez les équipes, les plannings, la sécurité et les imprévus. Votre priorité : un chantier bien organisé, dans les délais et en toute sécurité. Vous êtes le lien entre les chefs d’équipe, les clients et les fournisseurs. Vous suivez l’avancement des travaux, gérez les documents et apportez des solutions techniques rapides. Le bureau ? Juste un passage. Le vrai travail se fait sur le terrain. About the client Travailler chez notre client Notre client est actif dans l’industrie lourde depuis plus de 45 ans. Leur force ? Qualifications Votre profil : Minimum 4 ans d’expérience en gestion de chantier piping (industrie lourde ou SEVESO). Formation technique (A2 ou bachelier) et à l’aise avec la lecture de plans. Bon sens de l’organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer le stress. Leadership naturel et communication claire avec les équipes et les clients. Flexible : disponible en cas de garde et capable d’intervenir rapidement si besoin. What we offer Ce que nous offrons : Contrat CDI avec horaire de 38h/semaine.
