Site Manager {MUST HAVE TRANSFER STATION EXPERIENCE OR LANDFILL} We seek a motivated Site Manager to oversee operations at Ecosouth Florida LLC in Nokomis, FL. This crucial role offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, reflecting our commitment to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship. As the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our site operates efficiently and at a high standard. Please apply if you are looking to join the team. Responsibilities This will be a supervisor role and will entail the following, but not limited to: MUST HAVE TRANSFER STATION EXPERIENCE OR LANDFILL Supervise employees on daily tasks and improvements Review Equipment Inspection Reports Daily Become knowledgeable of Operation Plans, County Contract Maintain Site and Employee Safety Become Knowledgeable of recyclable materials and how to process materials Deliver Monthly/Weekly Safety Meetings Maintain Good County Relations Computer skills to Input Daily tonnage, Revenue, and Recycling spreadsheets Close communication with the General Manager Maintain Facility Infrastructure Produce monthly tonnage reports Follow company policies and procedures, and be able to adapt to changes Qualifications Experience operating equipment such as a Loader, an Excavator, and a Dump truck is preferred. Proficiency in using a Horizontal grinder is a plus Must be self-driven and safety-oriented Ability to effectively communicate with Employees, Customers, County, and Supervisor is essential Strong problem-solving skills are required Knowledgeable in Equipment Maintenance Supervisory experience is necessary Goal-oriented mindset is crucial for this role MUST HAVE TRANSFER STATION EXPERIENCE OR LANDFILL Compensation $70,000 - $80,000 yearly About Ecosouth Florida LLC At EcoSouth Florida LLC, our mission is to provide local communities with outstanding customer service and an “easy to do business with” culture.
