TEMP Sample Coordinator needed for Fashion company located in Manhattan Beach This position works hands-on with licensed products, organizing the sample room and product libraries while supporting the product development lifecycle all the way to the production stage.


Start date: ASAP

Schedule: onsite Mon-Fri 40 hours a week

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA

Pay rate: $21-23/hr.

*This is a Temp/Contract based assignment with the possibility for it to become permanent for the right person.


Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the team’s sample gatekeeper by managing the inventory, packing/unpacking, and organization of all sample submissions
  • Coordinate and maintain informational tools and libraries, including product portfolios, receiving logs, licensee binders, etc.
  • Create and share reports to track received samples
  • Track and receive all samples for multiple divisions and licensees
  • Ship samples to multiple overseas and domestic partners
  • Create commercial invoices for all sample shipments
  • Organize and maintain the in-house sample room
  • Open daily packages and alert team about what is received
  • Support the planning and preparation of management and account meetings by preparing conference rooms and meeting materials

  • Genuine and demonstrated interest in fashion, footwear, and product development


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of related experience
