Compensation

  • Weekly minimum guaranteed: $1,500
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

Bonus Pay

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

  • Home Time:Regional - Home Two Days/Wk (plus possible midweek hometime)
  • Schedule: Driver typically start on Sunday in front Royal with a fresh clock and will run throughout the week depending on the lane they may get some home time throughout the week
  • Operating Area:Eastcoast from Charlotte, NC to Boston, MA
  • No Touch/Drop & Hook -Drivers will be pulling refrigerated 53" trailers to and from Sysco distribution centers with prescheduled backhauls. Drivers are responsible for on time delivery and ensuring their loads are secured.

Equipment

  • Late model automatic Freightliner/International /Volvo with Sleepers
  • 53 trailers
  • Reefer & Sleeper tractors - no slip seating

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable Class A commercial driving experience in a similar type/size vehicle with safe driving record.
  • Must have CDL A license from your state of residence
  • Hazmat (preferrered - NFI will assist)
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years. No more than 2 in 5 years.
  • Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 75miles of Front Royal, VA or be willing to relocate for this position
