*Job Description: *We are looking for a Write-Up Supervisor to lead the estimation department to perform thorough inbound railcar inspections, submit comprehensive and accurate estimate packages, and supports plant production. The Write-Up Supervisor will also support the production team with other initiatives as needed.

*Job Requirements:*
* Inspect estimate packages for completeness and accuracy in a timely manner.
* Lead preprocess research.
* Work with scheduling to ensure estimates are complete to meet production demand.
* Provide necessary training and development to inspectors.
* Interface with engineering, car owners, and customers for repair instructions (contract review).
* Verify the incorporation of supplemental repairs into final Billing Repair Card (BRC).
* Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of supplemental repairs.
* Accept actions items from Daily Management System around write-up improvements.
* Able to perform tasks that require climbing and balancing on ladders and platforms. Verifies cars are properly secured and identified prior to releasing.
* Able to pass drug screen and physical.
