The Managing Director will contribute to setting business direction, strategy, and priorities and take ownership for driving the overall growth and scalability of the Strategy, Product and Portfolio Consulting business. You will:ResponsibilitiesBuild positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teamsAchieve commercial success by actively harvesting accounts and creating leads at new accounts, soliciting support from other business units to close deals, and securing profitable businessDevelop and lead, independently, a large client book of businessAchieves billable utilization, led book of business, and sales targets, while collaborating with others to attain overall business objectives and metricsLead and develop client relationships and ensure the delivery of well-structured projects that exceed client expectations. Be personally responsible for the design, efficiency, and outcomes related to client projects. Take accountability for issues as they arise and rectify them. Deliver projects on time and on budgetEssential RequirementsMBA or a graduate degree in a life sciences field10+ years\' leading Commercial / Strategic Consulting, with a focus on Commercial Strategy and product launchKnown authority in marketing, portfolio and product valuation, market research and commercial strategy; able to leverage external network to improve profitable revenues and market positioningRecent experience working with large national and global pharmaceutical / biotech accountsDesired RequirementsStrong and demonstrable track record of successful life science consulting practice buildingA strong history of successfully selling, delivering and growing consulting revenuesCompensationThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $265k to $330k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate\'s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
