Cultivate and maintain community and stakeholder relationships.+ Provide oversight to services of assigned staff to include: completing weekly checks on staff productivity to ensure that the services rendered are appropriate and clinically justified, monitoring progress notes for thoroughness and completeness, and utilizing all applicable reporting tools to monitor efficiency and time management.+ Assist program specific directors in implementing programmatic requirements and standards that promote quality outcomes, integration, and fiscal responsibility.+ Coordinate services and collaborate with outside agencies to provide comprehensive services to clients and their families. Serve as the Licensed Behavioral Health Provider for collaborative treatment.+ Review initial treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, and modifications to ensure they meet required documentation guidelines and are outcome-driven.+ Handle difficult situations involving associates and conflicts in a direct manner, using appropriate discretion and Human Resource advice to show respect for the individual.+ Monitor revenue and manage expenditures for the assigned area.+ Provide clinical coverage in accordance with licensing standards by scheduling staff, arranging substitute coverage during staff absences, and approving staff leave requests in a manner that anticipates program needs. Monitor and follow up.+ Assist with preparation of audits and accreditation events.+ Ensure that all policies and procedures are being implemented to guide and support the provision of services provided.
