Land Development Manager Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager who will supervise and direct all aspects of the Land Development within the communities. - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelors degree preferred - Valid, unrestricted drivers license and a good driving record required - Minimum 5 years in land acquisition and/or development - Must be able to read, understand and evaluate civil engineering / development plans - Excellent written, oral, organizational and math skills - Must possess professional attitude to represent the company in a positive manner - Ability to perform, in a professional manner, multiple detail oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines - Computer literate with ability to work with Microsoft Office.
