Job Description The Head of HR, US is responsible for our US HRBP functions and Employee Relations. Reports directly to the US General Manager and functionally to the Global COO/CCO HRBP Leader, serving as a member of the US Leadership team which is accountable for 1500+ US based members and all US business verticals that service a $18B+ portfolio. Drive Transformational Change for the DLL US Region and demonstrate willingness to take bold and innovative decisions to achieve DLL Strategic objectives. Act as a key player/driver in the US Leadership team. Provide advice, coaching and challenge the US Leadership team in support of their individual leadership effectiveness as well as ensuring successful execution of overall HR related priorities for the business. As the leader of the U.S. HR team, this role will be responsible for directly managing HR and ER Business Partners to collaborate closely with globally managed Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Shared Services, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Learning, etc. To drive the implementation of best‑in‑class HR services, foster continuous team development, and promote the sharing of internal and external best practices to ensure excellence across all HR functions. Good to Know Desired Primary Work Location: Wayne, PA / Des Moines, IA Applicable Pay Range $187,680.00 - $281,520.00 DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work‑related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
