What you'll do:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue targets.
- Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization: Design and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads, enhance customer acquisition, and improve conversion rates, ultimately driving sales performance and business growth.
- Content Development and Management: Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality digital content that supports lead nurturing and drives conversion along the customer journey.
- Social Media Strategy and Management: Plan, execute, and manage all social media platforms, ensuring visually engaging content that increases customer interaction and brand visibility, with a direct impact on lead generation and sales.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement and manage SEO best practices to increase organic visibility, and work with internal or external teams to manage PPC campaigns that are designed to boost online sales and brand presence.
- Website UX Design and Management: Collaborate with web designers and developers to enhance website user experience (UX). Focus on improving site architecture, navigation, and overall usability to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates, directly impacting sales.
- A/B Testing and Website Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing and UX analysis to continuously improve website performance, ensuring a seamless path to purchase that increases conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, visual content, and website traffic, providing regular reports to key stakeholders. Use data to refine and optimize marketing efforts, ensuring improvements in ROI and revenue growth.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the sales, product management, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives and design assets with sales targets and business objectives, ensuring all digital efforts drive bottom-line growth.
- Stay Current on Digital and Design Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on emerging digital marketing, graphic design, and UX trends to keep our strategies cutting-edge and maximize opportunities for revenue generation.
- Manage Digital Advertising Budget: Plan and monitor budget allocation for paid digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient allocation of resources to drive sales.
- Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation: Create visually appealing digital assets, including social media graphics, infographics, display ads, email templates, and landing pages. Ensure all creative assets align with marketing objectives to increase customer engagement and influence purchase decisions.
About you:
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Ability to independently create digital assets and visuals that align with brand identity and marketing objectives using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance, user experience, and sales growth.
- Experience in developing and optimizing SEO strategies and managing SEM campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on creating compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track and report on digital marketing metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that resulted in sales growth.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create or manage the creation of digital marketing assets that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Experience with UX design principles and website content management systems (CMS), ensuring an optimal user experience that supports lead generation and sales.
- Familiarity with web development, UI/UX design, A/B testing, and website analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely) to continually improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of lead generation tactics, e-commerce, and sales funnel optimization.
