Product Manager – Healthtech AI – San Francisco Base pay range: $150,000 – $200,000 per year plus equity. Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days weekly in office. We are a seed‑stage healthtech company backed by well‑known investors, building software that supports patient nutrition and hospital food operations in a regulated, high‑stakes environment where reliability, clarity and strong customer instincts matter every day. Role Overview As the first dedicated Product Manager, you will work directly with the founders and own the full product lifecycle across two engineering squads. Your work will sit at the center of discovery, workflow mapping, product direction, technical alignment, customer engagement and adoption. You will translate messy hospital processes into simple, repeatable user experiences. Responsibilities Run structured discovery with hospital stakeholders, produce crisp flows and prototypes without a full‑time designer. Write clear PRDs, unblock engineers quickly, and partner with customer success and sales to drive usage. Build lightweight processes that help the team scale without creating unnecessary layers. In the First 90 Days Build trust with engineering, customer teams and external partners. Turn ambiguous partner input into structured product direction. Ship a meaningful user‑facing feature end to end. Create an aligned roadmap with clear outcomes. Qualifications Four or more years of B2B product management experience in a regulated domain (healthtech, fintech, or legaltech). A track record of shipping products where operational reliability matters. Strong UX instincts and ability to design flows without a designer. Clear written communication and ability to align technical and non‑technical partners. First‑principles mindset and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
