Position Overview:
The client seeks a business-oriented Generative AI Business Solutions Architect with strong technical understanding to drive the adoption and integration of their visual generative AI platform for U.S. customers. This role combines solutions architecture, project and product management, business strategy, and technical expertise, connecting the AI platform with customer needs to maximize value.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Use Case Identification:
    • Guide customers in identifying and defining business cases where visual generative AI solutions drive opportunity and efficiency.
  • Solution Design and Architecture:
    • Collaborate with customers to design and architect AI solutions that align with their unique processes, services, and products.
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI, staying informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Foster long-term relationships with key accounts to promote ongoing solution adoption.
  • Sales Collaboration:
    • Work with the sales team to deliver solution designs, demos, and proposals that communicate the value of the AI platform to prospective customers.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the implementation of AI solutions, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
    • Develop project plans, identify potential risks, and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Product Management:
    • Provide insights and customer feedback to inform the product roadmap, ensuring product features reflect customer needs and market trends.
  • Consulting & Guidance:
    • Offer high-level technical guidance to customers, ensuring effective adoption and integration of AI solutions for maximum business impact.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, product management, solutions architecture, or digital transformation consulting, ideally within AI/ML.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role, such as business development, strategic consulting, or account management, preferably within AI/ML.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, particularly in visual applications, and their business potential.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and developing business opportunities that deliver measurable value.
  • Proficient project management skills, with experience managing complex technical implementations.
  • Product management experience, including translating customer needs into product features.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, technology, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced business degree is a plus.
  • Located in the U.S. and willing to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the generative AI ecosystem, including models, techniques, and tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts like data processing, model training, and API integration.
  • Industry experience in marketing, media, entertainment, or gaming.
  • Proven success driving technology adoption within enterprises.
