About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join the Enterprise Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure Group. You will play a crucial role in driving the development, support, and adoption of our secure Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) platform. As a Technical Product Owner, you will collaborate with leads across four key workstreams, ensuring smooth platform operations, supporting process adoption, and managing platform roadmaps.


This role is critical to scaling and enhancing our next-generation delivery platform—Secure Delivery Platform (SDP)—aimed at empowering developers to build secure software faster with collective ownership and continuous improvement at its core.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle for the CI/CD platform, from ideation to delivery, aligning business needs with technical execution.
  • Engage with team leads, developers, designers, project managers, and external stakeholders across four workstreams (Platform Development, Support and Operation, Design, and Migration/Adoption).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all workstreams, ensuring alignment of the platform’s capabilities with the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with platform developers to automate infrastructure management and create high-performance delivery pipelines.
  • Assist in developing platform roadmaps, proof of concepts (POCs), and feature enhancements while guiding the organization in adopting new features.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across various departments to communicate platform updates, upcoming changes, and potential impacts.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Technical Product Owner in CI/CD, cloud, or software infrastructure roles.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts, with hands-on experience using GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, and other version control and delivery tools.
  • Experience managing platforms built on cloud technologies.
  • Previous experience as a developer is preferred, as it will help in engaging with engineering teams effectively.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments, familiar with Agile ceremonies, and able to manage product backlogs.
  • Ability to work independently, drive projects forward, and ensure smooth collaboration between technical and business teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and support structure scaling.
  • Familiarity with GitLab, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise tooling and introducing engineering best practices across large organizations.
