Responsibilities
• Full Stack .Net Technical Product Manager. Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Developing a business process definition repository and implementing Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) for Supply Chain (SC) business operations.
• Utilizing process mining for process optimization and providing a real-time transactional view across systems for Critical Service Operations (CSOs).
• Improving monitoring capabilities, including Quality of Service (QoS) and BAM.
• Creating structure through system definition and information architecture to support product usability
• Crafting terminology, product and feature naming, and conducting research to optimize product experience and interface
• Influencing design to ensure the finished product meets user requirements and needs.
