9:30am-6pm Central Time 
37.5 hour week position
M-F with 1 hour for lunch
All work will be performed onsite

What’s a typical day as a Customer Care Representative? You’ll be:
• Utilizing your deep knowledge of the company and portfolio of brands to deliver best-in-class Customer Experience (CX) for all inbound consumer inquiries.
• Demonstrating professional and courteous communication skills, remaining calm when interacting with challenging consumers.
• Utilizing various communication channels including chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Collaborating with internal resources and stakeholders to research and resolve complex consumer issues.
• Demonstrating a positive mindset towards continuous improvement initiatives and actively participating in team meetings.
• Cross-selling and making product recommendations to retain consumers and increase loyalty.
• Assisting with consumer acquisition, account maintenance, and modifications.
• Ensuring compliance with FDA/CTP regulations and company policies.
• Assisting with special projects and other administrative duties.
