**Job Summary**

UniFirst is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer returns and exchanges
  • Manage customer service reports and data entry requirements
  • Facilitate receptionist and front desk responsibilities

**Requirements**

  • Pursuing a degree in a related field
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to plan and coordinate work in a sufficient and organized manner
  • Ability to take initiative and work with little or no direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
