**Job Summary**
UniFirst is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Manage customer service reports and data entry requirements
- Facilitate receptionist and front desk responsibilities
**Requirements**
- Pursuing a degree in a related field
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to plan and coordinate work in a sufficient and organized manner
- Ability to take initiative and work with little or no direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
