*QUALIFICATIONS:*

* High School education and CNA/ NAR or HHA Certificate preferred.
* Scheduling/staffing experience preferred.
* Experience in working with older adults.
* Must be able to lift 20lbs, stand, sit, or walk for long periods.
* Must be able to pass a criminal and/or abuse background check,* *and drug screening.

*SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:*
This position requires the incumbent to:

* Foreshadow future staffing levels dependent upon census or extensive resident leave of absence.
* Possess the ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and documentation.

* Possess skills to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and other customers.

* Understand how to use, carry and be responsible for the cell phone while on duty.
* Independent, problem solving skills to manage multiple properties and/or programs.

*PRIMARY PURPOSE:*
We are currently seeking an Assisted Living Staffing/Scheduler to join our care team. The Lodges Company focuses on resident satisfaction, person-centered and individualized care. This position is responsible for creating work schedules for caregiver and nursing team members, utilizing the scheduling system including processing shift trades, filling open shifts, and reconciling schedules. If you are a detailed, organized, good problem solver with a caring heart, this position may be for you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
