Michelman & Robinson, LLP - Commercial & Business Litigation Associate (Los Angeles) Michelman & Robinson, LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial & Business Litigation Associate to join our esteemed Los Angeles office. As a Commercial & Business Litigation Associate at M&R, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and complex legal matters, while contributing to a vibrant and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on a wide range of commercial and business litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, false advertising claims, insurance litigation, partnership disputes, products liability, securities & commodities enforcement, shareholder litigation, trade secret & misappropriation litigation, and unfair competition claims. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and advise clients on potential risks and litigation strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, to develop innovative and effective legal solutions for complex business disputes. Represent clients in litigation proceedings, negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution methods. Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial and business laws and regulations, and proactively advise clients on compliance matters. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top accredited law school. Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in commercial and business litigation. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local business and litigation laws. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
