Position Description – 1st Year Litigation Associate


This is a one-year associate position with the potential to turn into a permanent position.


Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP is a business law firm with robust corporate, public securities, venture capital and private finance, mergers and acquisitions, entertainment, intellectual property, brand protection, and business litigation practice groups.


The Litigation Associate will assist partners and associates in all levels of litigation from pre-trial to post-trial issues. The Litigation Associate will conduct high-level research and writing.

The starting salary is $105,000, with the opportunity to earn a $10,000 year-end bonus. The applicant must be admitted to practice law in the state of California.
