OH Call Ctr Clinician

Key responsibilities include communicating current and accurate information to associates, navigating multiple electronic medical records and reports, and consulting with managers and assistant managers on complex issues.
Strong skills in listening, caring communication, problem solving, and teamwork are required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards.

Ensures compliance with hospital/facility policies and procedures and governmental/accreditation regulations.
Establishes and maintains all items needed to provide a successful screening of associates in applicable systems and as defined in clinical protocols.
Consults with OHCC managers as needed for proper guidance.
Documents all OHCC calls as instructed by the OHCC managers.
Transfers calls to the proper Occupational Health office as appropriate.
Reviews clinical, operational or business updates communicated from clinical leadership.
Utilizes provider resources to understand processes and clinical updates.
Screens associates to determine the need for testing, quarantine or monitoring for symptoms.
Provides associates with proper education and guidance to maximize safety and reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19.
Documents screening with recommendations and all necessary communication with associate's managers regarding work status.
Completes the screening, providing the associate with all relevant information for testing, quarantine, and safety.
Recognizes clinical circumstances requiring referral to occupational health, evisit, or emergency department.
Performs additional projects or duties as requested by OHCC managers.
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of required education for clinical field required.
Associate's degree required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-4 years clinical experience required.
Previous clinical call center experience preferred.
Nurse Practitioner - Licensed, Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist - Registered, Speech Therapist required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills required.
Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
Organization, time management skills and ability to multitask and maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced telecommunication environment.
Superb customer service and problem-solving skills.
This position has a hiring range of $34.98 - $62.52
