Growth Mode: On an ambitious mission to scale from $3M to $20M in net new revenue over the next three years.
The Role: Lead and develop a team of 8 full-cycle Account Executives, driving ARR attainment and headcount growth. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and promises significant opportunities for career development.
Daily Impact: Expect to engage in coaching and performance management, leading team meetings, executing sales initiatives, and refining sales processes to improve KPIs.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Marketing, and Client Success teams to keep the gears turning smoothly.
Candidate Must-Haves: Minimum 3+ years of sales leadership experience and some experience in payroll, benefits, or HCM technology (IC or leadership roles count).
Location: Must be Boston-based for this mostly remote position with some travel.
