**About the role**

Our much-loved Edgewater village is undergoing a large transformation and we are so excited to announce our BRAND-NEW kitchen is coming early March 2022 Due to our latest development we are now looking for a Kitchen Hand to join our team on a permanent part time basis.

Not only will you be rewarded with a brand-new caf, bar and kitchen kitted out with all the latest appliances, but you will also have the opportunity to make your mark and influence the dining experience our residents receive.

This role would suit someone who is motivated and wanting to start a career in the kitchen.

**Some of the great things you will be doing**

* Taking orders from residents and visitors

* Serving meals to our residents when required

* Collecting used dishes, running the dishwasher

* Setting tables and general cleaning in the Kitchen

* Assist with preparation of meals

**About You**

* Positive attitude and a strong team player

* Excellent food hygiene skills

* Exceptional customer service skills

* Empathy and a love for making an impact on our residents' lives

* Commercial kitchen experience (advantageous)
