Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Magic Tilt Trailers in Edgewater. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the production of boat trailers and their components in our final assembly department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy to meet production requirements and standards.
  • Ensure that the work is meeting all quality standards and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
  • Operate machinery and power tools correctly and maintain them with care, reporting any issues to management.
  • Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management, attending all safety and production trainings.
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.
  • Able to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends, and perform all other duties as requested.
Requirements
  • One year minimum of using hand tools, mechanical experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read English and use a tape measurer.
Work Environment

The work is performed primarily in an open building/outdoor setting, in all weather conditions, including temperature extremes, during day and evening shifts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
