Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Assembler is integral to the final assembly departments, tasked with the creation of boat trailers and their components.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The following functions are essential to the role:

  1. Operate on the production line with consistent speed and precision.
  2. Meet production standards and requirements consistently.
  3. Enhance productivity and efficiency while maintaining quality.
  4. Ensure compliance with all quality standards.
  5. Report quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  6. Utilize machinery and power tools safely and maintain them properly.
  7. Communicate any machinery or tool issues to management.
  8. Collaborate effectively with the production team to achieve quotas and objectives.
  9. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and report safety issues to management.
  11. Participate in all safety and production training sessions.
  12. Follow all verbal and written instructions diligently.
  13. Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor.
  14. Be available for overtime, including evenings and weekends.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: No formal education required; a high school diploma is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of one year using hand tools; mechanical experience is advantageous.

Computer Skills: Basic proficiency required.

Certificates & Licenses: None required.

  • Ability to use and read a tape measure.
  • Ability to read English.

The work is primarily conducted in an open building or outdoor setting, under varying weather conditions, including temperature extremes. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to loud.
