Senior Director, IntegrationCAPTRUST is hiring a Senior Director of Integration to lead the end‑to‑end integration of acquired firms into our operational, cultural, and strategic framework. This role will oversee a high‑performing integration team, manage cross‑functional initiatives, and serve as the key liaison between acquired firms and internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead the firm‑wide integration strategy for newly acquired firms, ensuring alignment with CAPTRUST’s long‑term growth objectives and cultural valuesServe as primary liaison between acquired firms and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency throughout the integration lifecycleLead on‑site integration efforts during key phases to support onboarding, training, and cultural assimilation, with frequent travel as neededOversee multiple integration projects concurrently, from due diligence through post‑close execution, ensuring timely and effective deliveryPartner with senior leaders across operations, technology, HR, compliance, marketing, and finance to align resources and drive seamless transitionsBuild and lead a high‑performing integration team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous developmentProvide regular updates to executive leadership on integration progress, risks, and outcomes, ensuring visibility and alignment at all levelsChampion cultural alignment and change management initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and unified practiceIdentify, implement, and refine best practices, systems, and workflows to scale integration capabilities and support increasing acquisition volumeEnsure continuity of advisory services, client support and operational excellence throughout the integration processFacilitate effective documentation and handoffs to business units post‑integration to ensure long‑term successQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus10+ years of experience in financial services with strong background in M&A integration or strategic operationsDesired Qualifications/SkillsDeep knowledge of the RIA/Wealth Management industry, including regulatory, operational, and client service dynamicsProven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environmentExceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExperience with financial technology platforms (e.g., CRM, portfolio management systems, etc.) is a plusBenefitsCompany discretionary bonusHealth, dental, and vision coverage, employer 401(k) plan and company match, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and supplemental plans subject to plan termsCompany‑paid life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability subject to applicable waiting periodsPaid time off (PTO) or paid sick leave (PSL)LocationAny CAPTRUST office locationEEO/Diversity StatementAt CAPTRUST, we are committed to building and maintaining a diverse workforce and inclusive work environment where ALL colleagues feel authentically seen, respected, and supported.
