Ingénieur Système Microsoft (H/F) – CDI à temps plein En tant qu’Ingénieur Système Microsoft, vous intégrerez l’équipe Système de Telkea ICT. Vous serez en charge de l’installation, de la configuration et de la maintenance des systèmes Microsoft chez nos clients. Vous jouerez un rôle de conseil en orientant les clients vers les solutions techniques les plus adaptées à leurs besoins. Vous contribuerez également à la stratégie technologique de l’entreprise en partageant vos recommandations sur les évolutions du marché. Rôle principal - Activités clés Installer, configurer et maintenir les systèmes Microsoft chez nos clients Assurer le suivi technique et la résolution des incidents Accompagner les clients dans le choix et la mise en œuvre de solutions adaptées Participer aux projets de migration et d’évolution d’infrastructure Rédiger la documentation technique et les procédures associées Contribuer à la veille technologique et à l’amélioration continue des services Profil recherché Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans un rôle similaire Autonome, pro-actif et doté d’un esprit d’initiative Orientation résolution de problème • Bonnes capacités de communication avec les clients Compétences techniques Environnements Microsoft: forte expérience sur Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams et SharePoint Identité & sécurité: mise en œuvre de solutions d’authentification et de fédération (Entra ID, ADFS, SAML, OAuth) Migration: messagerie, Active Directory, serveurs de fichiers, RDS Infrastructure: configuration et administration d’environnements virtualisés (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox) Sauvegarde: maîtrise de Veeam Réseau: bonnes connaissances en TCP/IP, DNS, routage, firewall Automatisation & documentation: scripting PowerShell, rédaction de procédures et documentation technique Atouts complémentaires: SAN, Python, Ansible, Ninja One, bases en Linux, toute certification est un plus Ce que nous proposons Un CDI à temps complet Un package attractif Un cycle continu de formation et la possibilité d’évoluer dans l’entreprise Une équipe dynamique et soudée créant un cadre de travail très agréable Une société où l’employé et le client sont au cœur de toutes les attentions Un groupe leader dont le siège au Luxembourg facilite l’adéquation entre organisation, solutions et attente du marché Fondé en 1929 au Luxembourg, Telkea Group compte actuellement plus de 150 collaborateurs dans de multiples domaines d’activités et actifs dans les secteurs de la finance (agrément PSF), la santé, l’hôtellerie, l’industrie, les services, le secteur public et les Institutions européennes.
