The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-cloud platforms, container orchestration, and DevSecOps principles. This role demands technical leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on expertise in designing scalable, secure, and resilient PaaS solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions using VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes.Define and enforce best practices for microservices architecture, containerization, and DevSecOps in Tanzu-based environments.Architect and guide the build of cloud-agnostic PaaS platforms, ensuring alignment with both business and IT objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders across development, infrastructure, and security teams to align technical decisions with organizational goals.Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation, GitOps adoption, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.Ensure end-to-end platform scalability, security, observability, and automation.Conduct performance tuning, governance, and troubleshooting for Tanzu-based workloads.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to DevOps and engineering teams.Architect multi-cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments.Required Skills & Experience:15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design.Proven hands-on experience with VMware Tanzu Application Service, TKG, TAP, and TMC.Strong expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform services across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.Experience in building and maintaining DevSecOps pipelines, security best practices, and compliance enforcement.Strong understanding of observability tools, infrastructure automation, and performance monitoring.Demonstrated ability to lead architecture initiatives in live enterprise projects.Preferred Qualifications:VMware Tanzu certifications or equivalent Kubernetes certifications.Experience with tools such as ArgoCD, Flux, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Prometheus/Grafana.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting and Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
