*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare patients for examinations by gathering necessary medical information and conducting initial assessments (height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature).
* Document patient visit reasons and relevant clinical data in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
* Perform and assist with diagnostic tests, including hearing and vision screenings, spirometry, and EKGs.
* Administer vaccines and medications as prescribed by the physician.
* Assist with special procedures and collect lab specimens as needed.
* Obtain and review external lab results, ensuring they are appropriately documented.
* Provide patient education on treatments, medications, and preventive care.
* Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked medical supply inventory.
* Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
* Perform additional tasks and duties as directed by the physician.

*Qualifications:*
* Current and valid New York State LPN License.
* A minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
* CPR/AED certification.
* Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
* Strong communication, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

*Salary and Benefits:*
* Hourly Rate: $26.98 - $33.69, depending on experience.
