Our communities are a gathering place of wisdomCompany-paid telemedicine service for all full-time benefit-eligible team membersOn-Demand Pay – request a pay advanceDiscount and rewards program – use for electronics, food, car buying, travel, fitness, and moreFlex Spending AccountDependent Care Flex PlanHealth Savings Account401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company matchingPaid time off and Holiday payTeam Member Assistance Program – counseling services at the other end of the phoneDiscounted Meal TicketsReferral Bonus Program – earn money for referring your friendsTuition Assistance (for programs directly related to team member's position)Lasting relationships with our residents who have so much wisdom to shareCommunity name: Pecan Point Assisted Living & Memory CareShift/hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p with rotating weekends as Manager on DutyResponsibilities:Maintain all areas of the community including grounds, fences, parking areas, ditches, community houses, swimming pools, spas, furniture, appliances, HVAC, and lift stationsMaintain service equipment, power equipment, tools, and kitchen equipmentCoordinate preventative maintenance programs according to manufacturer's guidelines and specificationsMaintain preventative maintenance records on each residential unit and utilize work order system to track all repairsCommunicate with residents about the status of repairsCoordinate and provide full-service, on-call maintenance 24 hours a day, 7 days per weekConduct daily inspection of building, grounds, and equipmentEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies including documenting inspections/maintenance of fire extinguishers, ladders, MSDS notebooks, fire exits, and fire prevention and alarm systemsEnsure safety of residents, visitors, and associates by identifying and resolving potential hazardsMaintain and control maintenance supply inventoryListen and respond to resident complaints and suggestions regarding building maintenance and appearanceWork with other members of the management team to market and manage the communitySupervise Maintenance and Housekeeping departmentsSkills/Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in all phases of residential maintenanceMust maintain all licensure and certification as required by state and federal agenciesStrong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and high attention to detailMust be able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License where necessaryAbility to read, write, and speak the English language and be able to communicate effectively with residents, family, and staffWorking knowledge of building operations, including Life Safety regulations, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsThis position requires moderate to heavy exertion on a regular basis and will require candidates to be able to stand, reach, walk, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, crouch, and crawlAbility to lift between 50 and 100 lbs as well as be available after hoursMust possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as neededSagora does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
