About The Role
As an Account Manager in our jewelry and accessory packaging business, you will help facilitate the many needs of our customers when it comes to their packaging. The main character trait we seek is reliability.
Your daily activities will include the following:

  1. Immediate responses to customer emails and phone calls to provide a world class level of service
  2. Send customers tracking information
  3. Collaborating with customers to suggest which packaging may be right for their particular project
  4. Facilitating requests with our amazing art department
  5. Being present on live customers calls and sending email recaps same day with what was discussed during the call and next steps
  6. Making sure projects are kept on schedule and that critical deadlines are met
  7. Explaining the many offerings of company and which may be best for the scenario the customer is in
  8. Entering orders
  9. Keeping track of customer inventory levels
As you can imagine, there are many steps involved with servicing a customer with excellence in the world of custom packaging.
